Choir

St. Thomas’ Church Choir

We are blessed to have an amazing choir here, with many young people aged from 7 upwards. Once a term we hold a Pizza Rehearsal – a free ‘taster’ evening, both food and singing. 

Mellor Church choir is a non-auditioning robed choir, affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music.

The choir sings every Sunday at the 10:00 am service and at Choral Evensong once a month.

In addition to its regular commitments, the choir also tours the UK and continental Europe singing in Cathedrals and concert halls.

The choir works hard, rehearsing every Friday evening in Church, but also plays hard with numerous social and residential events for all ages throughout the year.
